1. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The exchange request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is not damaged, washed, altered, or used in any way.
The item was purchased directly from our website https://draga.in.
⚠️ Note: Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for exchange.
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions/offers.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.
3. How to Request an Exchange
If your product meets the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

Mention your order number, product details, and the reason for the exchange.
Our team will review your request and share the return address and shipping instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
4. Shipping & Handling for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with a tracking ID to avoid delays or lost parcels.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email or phone.
5. Processing the Exchange
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
You can choose to receive a replacement of the same product (if available) or exchange it for another product of the same or higher value.
If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to product availability.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
