❗️IMPORTANT: For any return or refund request, you must record a clear unboxing video of the product from the moment the package is opened and send this video to us at dragas.elevateureveryday@gmail.com. Requests without video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or sold under promotional offers or discounts.
Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or not following care instructions.
3. How to Request a Return

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product received.
We recommend using a trusted courier service with a tracking ID to ensure safe delivery.
5. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
If the product passes the inspection and meets all return criteria, your refund will be processed.
6. Refund Method & Timeline

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
